When I booted it and opened the windows store, the download started again, but once it reached 18,4 Go, the same problem as before occurred : both number kept rising at the same time, meaning that it went from 18, Go out of 18,4 Go to 25,0 Go out of 25,0 Go, even though I only noticed a very dismal perturbation in my connection usually, downloads that are not throttled take up most of our bandwidth.
