These latest releases by Cupertino-based Apple Inc. Under normal circumstances, Apple would be making internal plans right now to unveil iOS 14 to a crowd of passionate developers from all over the world in just a matter of weeks.
WWDC will still go ahead even with the current pandemic but it will follow an all-new online format. With that said, we still have Apple working tirelessly in improving things and that shows once again with this latest developer-facing release. On occasion, some quite bug issues manage to get through into production and into the hands of users.
Some users have experienced some notable issues with previous releases and Apple could be addressing those. The phones are scheduled to launch later this week. They are easily the biggest iOS updates Apple has rolled out in years. Sign in with Apple will let users create an account in an app or a website without giving out any personal information. Optionally, an app can ask for the email address for the user. Here too Apple can generate a unique email address for every app and then forward you the email from.

How do I know these are real? You aren't downloading the file from me. You are downloading it directly from Apple, as proved by the URL it downloads from. Also, if they weren't, iTunes would refuse to install them, as you cannot install modified IPSW files.
