Ffxv not downloading during sleep ps4

I decided to overwrite the system data with the online data assuming that my friend's last save was the online data. Anyway this has not worked either and I'm just a bit concerned. How should I proceed in getting the game to load properly and continuing from my save file?

Logged about hrs so far! I share played the game with my friend last night, and with my supervision, he saved the progress after I had "passed" the controller to him.

I ended the session and put the PS4 to sleep. Now the game will not load past the artwork screen. What should I do to remedy this? Thank you! EDIT: sorry Y'all! A few days later I tried booting up again and it ended up working normally. I'm not quite sure what the problem was but its back to normal now. I appreciate the responses a lot! Inserted disc. Let it install version 1. Started the game, just to be sure. It started. Remove traces and Restart. Once you've got rid of all of that it would make sense to re-plug the wireless adapter. If that fails I'd resort to uninstall the wireless adapter driver and let windows reinstall it. Maybe uninstall the controller driver too if it's a separate device or if it's plugged in by USB.

The keybind menu in the Final Fantasy XV option is odd too, usually if you navigate to it by keyboard [pressing esc etc] it'll show the keys. If you bring up the settings DS4 controller, it usually shows the controller binds instead.

Everything works well, but it's still XBOX buttons being displayed. Can't figure out how to change it to PS buttons I hope there's a mod one day that will force it to PS buttons. Reconnected to Internet and downloaded update. It installed it and restarted and worked. Dvt posted What difference does it make by unplugging the system? Thing is the install doesn't get past the first 5. When it gets to the end there's some weird noise from the disc drive and it ends up with the pause icon on game and nothing more happens after that.

I called to my store and will get a new copy of the game in the week hoping for that to work. I think its like someone wrote earlier, a bad batch of discs from the factory. I am having issues starting the game for Xbox one.

It won't load. Any idea what I can do. CapnPicard 5 years ago Just got my new copy from Amazon - same problem. This is just weird. I'm never going to get to play this game.
